At Reliable Building Supply we believe that our company is only as good as the products and materials we offer. For this reason, we will offer only the manufacturers and materials that will join us in standing firmly behind the products and materials we jointly provide to you our customer.

If for any reason, you feel that the products or materials you purchased are damaged at the time of delivery, you may without additional charge, refuse to accept the order. We will gladly reschedule delivery of a non-damaged replacement of that product.

If you have accepted delivery of a product or other construction materials which you later conclude are damaged or of poor workmanship. contact us immediately. With the assistance of the manufacturer and our commitment to you, we will correct any legitimate issue of manufacturer defect or poor workmanship as quickly as possible.

Generally warranty issues can be corrected quickly when reported immediately upon detection. Each of our manufacturers offer warranties for their particular products and our manufacturers representatives will in most cases inspect your warranty claim on site.

Provided your claim meets the manufacturers warranty requirements we will make the necessary arrangements with you to replace the defective product as quickly as possible.

Our warranty is to ensure that you receive a quality product. We are careful to cover your warranty with you it the time of your purchase and recommend that you keep all receipts for future reference. We encourage all of our customers to bring any warranty claim to our attention as soon as you detect a problem. We are committed to offering high quality products and will work hard to correct any warranty issue the may arise.
